Workshops are held at Pa-ti-na Studio & Warehouse, located at 1783 S. Garfield Ave directly BEHIND The Red Dresser.
Using different creative tools from IOD and learning artistic ways to use Annie Sloan Chalk Paint, you will leave our workshops with many new skills. Our goal is to get your creativity flowing and send you off to create beautiful things on your own. Come be part of our creative community and make pretty things with us!

In this workshop, you will learn several techniques using Annie Sloan Chalk Paint that will prepare you for painting furniture or your other creative projects. Sample board and all painting materials are provided. You will learn smooth and textured finishes, two-coat distressing, color washes, and more.

For this workshop, we invite you to bring a small piece of furniture you would like to paint - an item you can easily carry into the shop. Our goal is to ensure you are able to complete your project in this 4-hour class. When painting together, you learn so much more than you will alone. Maybe you have a friend who would like to join you! We will be using and learning about the versatility of Annie Sloan Chalk Paint and her finishes.

Combining Annie Sloan Chalk Paint and Iron Orchid Designs products, you will learn many out-of-the-box techniques such as adding texture and dimension to the paint and create an artistic frame with a creative mixed-media insert. There are many designs available to make your project unique!

In this workshop we will use IOD (Iron Orchid Designs) air-dry clay, molds and stamps alongside Annie Sloan Chalk Paint to create your own unique 7" clay flower pot. These make a beautiful vessel for a plant (real or fake) but could also be used to hold some artist brushes or even rolled-up hand towels in your guest bath!
**Lite refreshments will be provided for this evening workshop, and you are welcome to bring a beverage of your choice, adult or otherwise!
