Barn Market Vendor Information
Thank you for your interest in the Red Dresser Barn Market located at the Northwestern Michigan Fairgrounds. We host numerous vintage purveyors and local makers, as well as food trucks, a live music stage with a courtyard, and lots of parking.

You are required to be there for 2 days, fees include both days.
VENDOR & MERCHANDISE REQUIREMENTS
We happily accept vintage and handmade artisan vendors! The focus of our market is vintage, on-trend boutique, and handmade artisan items - specifically home decor and personal accessories. This is a juried market and all vendors are carefully considered and selected by our Barn Market committee. We strive to keep a balance in each category, providing our shoppers with a thoughtfully curated selection of unique vendors and their offerings. If your wares are on-trend for today's market, this is the show for you! Only 25% of your merchandise may be wholesale or new, the rest MUST BE vintage or handcrafted.
Set-up and display are important! PLEASE include ALL your social media links in your application. We will visit your social media sites to view your current inventory, previous show setup, and experience. We want a peek at your merchandising and unique aesthetic.
If you do NOT have social media accounts for your business, please email photos of your product, and booth setup to barnmarket@thereddressertc.com, and be sure to include your business name. If you have been a Barn Market vendor within the last year, and have not changed the type of products you carry, you do not need to email photos to us again at this time.
We realize some of you have brick-and-mortar shops or mobile boutiques selling "new" items, as well. While we love the vintage and handmade aspect of our market, we also respect entrepreneurs that can offer something new and different to our shoppers. We are happy to consider any vendors selling new clothing, accessories, or other items that fit the "feel" of our vintage market!
This is not a junky, flea market. Our vendors are expected to have their booths styled in an attractive manner and merchandise must be displayed in a way that looks pleasing and inviting. We are looking for eye candy!
If you have not sold at a show before, please do not hesitate to apply! We absolutely support those just starting out or who are new to the marketplace!
VENDOR SPACE INFO
Our Barn Market is primarily outdoors on the lawn, with limited indoor and covered spaces available on a first-come, first-served basis. If on the lawn, you need to provide your own pop-up tent. Pop-up tents are required to protect you and your wares, from the sun, wind and/or rain and to comply with the market’s aesthetic. Please prepare accordingly for the possibility of inclement weather. The show goes on, rain or shine!
INDOOR - Limited number of spaces with roof and 4 walls, first come-first served.*
COVERED AREAS - Limited number of spaces with roof and open on all sides, first come-first served.*
LAWN - Spaces located on grassy areas at the center of the event - a pop-up tent is required. No electricity is available for lawn spaces.
*Electricity is only available for a limited number of indoor and covered spaces.
Food trucks will have access to water and electric hookup which is included in their price.
Before you commit, be certain you are able to attend as payments are NON-REFUNDABLE, with the exception of event cancellation.
PET POLICY
NO PETS are allowed anywhere on the Fairgrounds property at any time, per our agreement with the Fairgrounds.
SECURITY
If you choose to leave things in your booth overnight on Friday, it is at your own risk. The fairground gates will be locked but The Red Dresser Barn Market and Northwestern Michigan Fairgrounds assume no responsibility for theft or damages.

*ELECTRICITY (ADDITIONAL $15)
Electricity is only available for a limited number of indoor and covered spaces and is first come, first-served. The cost is an additional $15 for the 2 days. Vendors will need to provide their own power strips.
